She kept in touch with us right up to the wedding date, discussing all the details of the cermony, confirming our wishes, etc... She was always excited but was able to keep me calm on the podium.She asked that Maissa and I send her our vows beforehand so she could print them out for us in case we needed some assistance or forgotten some words. She also printed them out on parchment paper for us to keep as souvenirs of the ceremony.Joan arrived at the venue and made herself part of the family.Joan left no doubt in our minds that she was the perfect person to marry us.
